The Casita is another tiny home is more square footage, and it will be ready to move in within a day. Boxabl’s ingenious, foldable designs truly seem to be redefining the tiny home market. These homes can be built in a matter of hours, and they can be shipped directly to any destination. The Casita measures 19 ft long by 8 ft 6 in wide and 12 ft 4 in tall (5.8 x 2.6 x 3.8 m). Once the house has been unfolded, it measures around 19 ft by 19 ft with a 10 ft 9-in rooftop (5.8 x 5.8 x 3.3 m). The interior includes a spacious 9.5-ft (2.9-m) ceiling.

Say hello to Agatha – a compact tiny home with more in common with the smaller European models, but is still right for full-time living. The Agatha shares a similar styling with Felicity but in a more compact body. The tiny home is based on a double-axle trailer and features a length of 20 feet. It is finished in tongue and groove cedar siding and metal. A metal roof tops off the house.

However, Dragon Tiny Homes is paying tribute to the original ‘tiny’ tiny home by designing a compact and humble model that is priced at US$50,000. Named the Aria, the home is based on a double-axle trailer and is finished in engineered wood. It features a length of 20 feet, and the interior has been beautifully clad in shiplap.

The Tasmanian-based tiny home-maker attempted to capture the owner’s aesthetic and transfer it into their home. The owner requested a cocoon-like house with a masculine aura.

They wanted a home where they could cook on the fire, and star gaze as well. Taking into account the owner’s height, the kitchen was raised, and the wooden stove was installed at the same height as the kitchen countertop to facilitate comfortable and easy cooking.

Although the house embodies a rather dark and moody theme, it still has a free-flowing and airy interior. It is lined with large windows that open the home to the outdoors while offering access to the surrounding views. This creates a contrasting and fascinating effect, where the living space manages to be spacious and masculine. The furnishings feature a matte black color – ranging from the tapware and handrails to the wood stove and kitchen sink. An adorable LEGO piano has been placed in the home, which adds a wonderful effect to the space.

The 26.2 feet tiny home includes an open-concept main-floor layout with a lounge and a kitchen. The master bedroom is placed in the loft area, and a guest bedroom is in the second loft. It also features a custom staircase, which looks like double ladders. One section leads to the smaller loft, while the second section leads to the master bedroom. The Bunkie Cabin was introduced around ten years ago, and it definitely captured many hearts. The cabin was quaint, compact, and wholly adorable. Ten years later, the Bunkie Co. has expanded its offerings, providing us with a wholesome range of tiny homes and simple plug-and-play cabins that don’t require any permits. One of their larger homes is the Premier, and it has a cozy house with a faux-chimney design.

The Premier is one of their popular models, and it features clean lines, a wide-open floor plan, and an enchanting faux chimney. Owners can customize the home as they please, creating a safe sanctuary that feels wholly their own. It features exterior dimensions of 12′-6″W x 8′-6″D x 11′-6″H, hence boasting a form that is small and portable, making it an ideal fit to take out to the woods for a weekend. Since the Bunkie doesn’t need a permit, moving the tiny home around isn’t an issue. It makes living on the go much easier and efficiemore nt.

The Premier is a premium home, and it starts at around USD 54,900. It is equipped with unique space-saving designs like a Murphy bed, built-in shelving, and other nifty features. The home is built in Canada using precision-engineered materials, showcasing premium quality. Studio Tololo Ugarte designed a luxurious and sophisticated vaulted tiny home called the Catalejo. Catalejo translates to Spyglass, and the home is heavily inspired by the surrounding landscape. The lines are blurred between the interiors of the home, and the site, creating a truly unique living space.

The site includes four established trees that are over 300 years old, and a unique landscape that is semi-arid during the summer, and lush and green during the spring and winter. The home is equipped with an extra-high arched ceiling, that supports the presence of multiple geometrically-shaped windows.

The home is elevated above the ground, to ensure the existing landscape isn’t heavily impacted. Natural vegetation grows underneath the home. This reduces soil disruption, while also ensuring the landscape naturally regenerates. The unique design also creates the impression that the house is floating above the greenery. The materials used to construct the home, allow it to seamlessly merge with the surrounding environment, while also being durable, and ensuring minimal visual disruption. Locally sourced timber and glass were used to construct the home, forming transparent boundaries that allow natural light to pour into the home, while also providing views of the outside.

As mentioned earlier, the home also includes a vaulted, double-height ceiling that is the star feature of the home. The ceiling supports better airflow while providing lovely views of the surrounding environment. The layout of the home is open and continuous, creating a flexible and free-flowing living space that will adapt perfectly to the resident’s needs and requirements. The windows serve as frames, providing picture-perfect views of the outside.

The home includes a combined living and dining area, as well as a compact corner kitchen. It contains three main access points to the outdoors, one through a large arched glass window, as well as two parallel entrances from the dining and kitchen areas. Timbercraft Tiny Homes are known for their luxurious cottage-like models, and the Big Sky lives up to their reputation. It is based on a quaint-axle trailer and features a length of 41.4 feet.

It is on the larger spectrum. The home is based on the firm’s Denali model, but a few western Montana architecture-inspired changes were made. The exterior of the home features a western cedar finish, and a horizontal metal siding, topped with a metal roof.

The interior occupies 399 sq ft and is equipped with shiplap walls, hardwood floors, and a tongue and groove ceiling. The main entrance leads to an L-shaped kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar for two people, an oven, a propane-powered four-burner stove, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a hammered copper sink, and plenty of cabinetry. The living room is closely located, and is quite spacious owing to a high ceiling and generous glazing. This room contains a sofa, and optional French doors that lead to the outside. A porch area can be installed if needed.

The kitchen in this tiny home leads to a hallway, which in turn connects to a bathroom. The bathroom contains a shower with subway tiles, a vanity sink, a flushing toilet, and a stacked washing machine and dryer. The opposite end of the house includes the master bedroom. Since, it is a downstairs bedroom, it has plenty of headroom to stand upright. It includes a king-size bed with integrated storage space, a spacious closet, and a stained black feature wall.

You can install a second loft bedroom in the home if needed. This can be accessed via a staircase from the hallway that is linked to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a conventional loft-style room as found in most tiny homes. It features a low ceiling, and can sleep one or two people.

Called the Freedom Tiny Home, this simple little house features a compact footprint and an open interior layout – all placed on one level. This tiny home plays upon the simple lifestyle of micro-homes, to create a version that is even more subtle and stripped-down. Although, it must be noted that it isn’t a good pick for families, and is more suitable for those who travel regularly. The Freedom House can also be utilized as a guesthouse. It is designed by Australia’s Lusk Tiny Homes and is also called Freedom 6m.

It is founded on a double-axle trailer and features an understated steel or wooden exterior. The exterior is integrated with generous glazing, allowing natural light to generously stream inside. The walls and ceilings of the home have been finished in birch plywood or tongue, and groove paneling. The tiny home’s length is 6 m, which is the same length as Baluchon’s Mirasol tiny home. But while Mirasol is equipped with as many amenities possible in a small space, this tiny home is quite simple, amped with airy spaces and a high ceiling.

Much of Freedom’s floorspace is occupied by a large central kitchen unit, containing custom cabinetry finished in fingerprint-resistant laminate and a lot of counter space. The kitchen also includes a sink, small fridge, microwave, and storage. It features a ceiling fan as well which keeps the space cool. The bedroom area is located next to the kitchen, and it doesn’t have any separation from the living area. Heavy curtains can be installed to offer some privacy though. But the lack of separation also offers easier access than most of the typical loft-style bedrooms we see in tiny homes.

The other end of the house features a small bathroom that can be entered via a sliding door. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity sink, and a flushing or composting toilet – according to the owner’s preference. The Freedom tiny home is priced at around US$100,000.
